Cable Chest fly

Great for isolating the chest

Balancing Board or Wobble Board Exercise

Improves overall body balance (by involving numerous receptor nerves located in muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints) and coordination

Seated Rowing Machines

Great for muscles in the back (latissimus dorsi, trapezius, rhomboids), rear shoulders (posterior deltoid) and arms (biceps, brachialis).

Deadlifts

One of the most classic exercise to improve overall body strength. Works more muscles than any other exercise. Seriously, if you need to do one exercise, this is the one to do.

Dumbbell Fly On Flat Bench

Targets pectoralis major muscles in chest, but also strengthens your deltoids, biceps, triceps

Pull Ups

Works a number of larger muscle groups at the same time (back, shoulders, & arms)

Inclined Bench Press

Fantastic for Upper Chest.

Leg Press

Extending your knees against the resistance works your thigh muscles, quadriceps and gluteus (hip muscles)

Water Rowing Machine

For total-body muscular strength and endurance, muscle toning. Rowing uses virtually every major muscle group in your body, with little pressure on the joints, due to the activity's low-impact nature
